ANI staff are committed to maintaining safe work practices and quality standards. Each member of the ANI team is aware of their responsibilities through company and project inductions, toolbox talk meetings, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Work Site Risk Assessments (Hazard Analysis Checklist – HAC).

We pride ourselves on our certified Business Management Systems (BMS), because it ensure’s we are working to achieve the highest level of safety, quality and environmental management.

Our BMS received ISO certification in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems and ISO 45001:2018 OH&S Management System.

We take safety and training very seriously, due to the high risk nature of the industry that we work in. Our staff complete intensive annual training and are continually building on their skills and knowledge.

We undertake annual statutory refresher training, annual electrical safety rules training with the network authorities, and complete rail safety training. All staff have up-to-date authorisations for working on or near Ausgrid, Endeavour Energy, Essential Energy and Rail networks. We also ensure a trained first aider on every site.

Because, we want to ensure our employees are appropriately qualified to complete your project and at the end of the day, we all get to go home safely.
